Every printed order is produced to the specifications you approve. Delivery timing and cost depend on the product, quantity, finishing, destination, and shipping service selected.
Tracking and receipt
When tracking is available, it is sent after the order ships. Please inspect packages promptly. If a shipment appears damaged, keep the packaging and take photographs so our team can help document the carrier claim.
Custom-product returns
Because printed products are manufactured to your approved specifications, they generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please review quantities, dimensions, paper, finishing, mailing details, and proof content carefully before approval.
Problems with an order
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production concern, contact us as soon as possible with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review the order and work with you on the appropriate resolution.
Address changes and undeliverable shipments
Confirm the complete delivery address before submitting your order. Address corrections, re-routing, storage, return-to-sender, and re-shipping fees charged by the carrier may be added to the order. Contact our team immediately if an address needs to be corrected.
