The terms that apply when you use this website or place an order with MegaColorUSA.
By using this website, requesting a quote, approving a proof, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If a written quote, estimate, purchase order, or other signed agreement contains different terms, the signed agreement controls for that order.
Quotes are based on the specifications and information supplied at the time they are prepared. Changes to quantity, size, paper, ink, finishing, mailing, delivery, artwork, schedule, or other requirements may change the price and completion date. Taxes, shipping, postage, permits, and third-party charges may be added when applicable.
An order is accepted after MegaColorUSA confirms the specifications and any required payment arrangements. Online prices may be corrected if a technical, data-entry, or configuration error occurs. Payment must be made through an approved payment method, and orders may be held until payment or credit approval is complete.
You are responsible for supplying complete, accurate, print-ready files and for keeping backup copies. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork, trademarks, photographs, fonts, mailing data, and other materials submitted for production. MegaColorUSA may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
Please review every proof carefully for copy, spelling, layout, dimensions, color expectations, pagination, folds, finishing, addresses, and all other details. Production may begin after approval. Customer-approved errors are the customer’s responsibility. Colors displayed on screens and ordinary office printers may differ from the final printed result because devices, papers, inks, coatings, and production methods reproduce color differently.
Production schedules begin after the order, usable artwork, proof approval, and required payment are complete. Turnaround and delivery dates are estimates unless MegaColorUSA agrees to a guaranteed date in writing. Requested changes, delayed approvals, file problems, material availability, equipment issues, carrier delays, severe weather, and events outside reasonable control may affect timing.
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection, and permitted use of mailing lists and recipient data you provide. Postage, postal processing, address corrections, returned mail, carrier adjustments, and other mailing charges may be billed separately. Postal or carrier delivery dates and recipient response rates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping options and estimated charges are based on the delivery address and order details available at checkout or quotation. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Title and risk of loss pass as permitted by applicable law. Address corrections, re-routing, storage, return-to-sender, and re-shipping fees may be added to the order.
Contact MegaColorUSA immediately if an order must be changed or canceled. A change or cancellation is not effective until confirmed by our team. Charges may apply for work already performed, materials ordered, proofs prepared, postage purchased, production scheduled, or third-party costs incurred.
Printed products are manufactured to approved specifications and generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production concern, contact us promptly with the order number, a description, and clear photographs. Keep the product and its packaging while the concern is reviewed. Any remedy will be determined after inspection and may include correction, replacement, credit, or another appropriate resolution.
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful code or files. Website availability, product descriptions, pricing, and features may be updated without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, MegaColorUSA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, production delays, carrier performance, customer-supplied content, or an approved proof. Any responsibility for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product unless applicable law requires otherwise. These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
